I forgot my password. Click “Edit a Listing” then “Forgot
Password” and enter your email. It will be sent to you if you are a registered user.

I need a username and password to edit a listing. Use
the User ID and Password found on the fax sent to your company during August, 2008.
If you did not receive the fax, email
kbovo2@reedbusiness.com and include your name, email and the name of the
company you wish to edit.

I want to change my User ID and Password. Once you log-in
using the User ID and Password found in the fax sent August, 2008, you can click
on the Quick Links and choose “Change Password”. For those companies with a User
ID of ##@noemail.com, please click on the Quick Link of Company Profile, then on
LH Side (in Red) click on Change User ID.

Click on the Categories Tab of your listing, and check out the Used/Available numbers.

I was told my listing revisions were rejected. Why? Who may
I talk to? If your edits/revisions were rejected, an explanation should have
been included with the email notice. If you are not satisfied with this explanation,

How do I upgrade from a Basic Expanded Listing to a Standard
or Enhanced Package?
Look for the “Quick Links” on the RH side of your company profile. Choose “Upgrade My Package”.

How will I be charged for an online paid package?
I’m only interested in an online ad package, (standard or enhanced) how will I
be invoiced: When you select a standard or enhanced online ad package,
you will automatically be linked to an e-commerce site where you must prepay by
credit card for your advertising program. Once you’ve submitted your payment, you
will receive access to start building your online storefront. The price $1250.00
for a standard online ad package, and $3140.00 for an enhanced online ad package
covers a full year of exposure online.
I plan to advertise in JCK’s Print & Online Directory, how will I be invoiced?
If you’ve purchased JCK’s print/online ad package for the directory, you
will receive a coupon code from your JCK sales representative which provides immediate
access to build your standard or enhanced online storefront (bypassing the e-commerce
site). If you’ve sent in your print-online insertion and have not received a coupon
code, please email: jeremy.fogel@reedbusiness.com. You will be invoiced in December
for your full package.

How do I make changes to my listing? Click Edit on your
Company Profile Page. All your information will show. Once you complete all screens,
be sure to click on “Submit all pending items for approval” to submit your changes.

How many times can I make a change to my listing? For
the Online Directory, as often as you like. For the Print Directory, editing/changes
close on October 10, 2008. Anything posted or revised after October 10th will not
appear in the 2009 JCK Jewelers’ Directory & Reference Guide. Please be sure to
update your information before October 10th.

How do I know my listing has been corrected? Go to
the homepage of the JCK Jewelers’ Directory,
http://jewelersdirectory.jckonline.com/. Do a company search for your company
name and your Storefront will appear. Check to be sure all information has been
updated. Note: your updated information will appear within 72 hours of entry (possibly
sooner).

I’ve purchased an online ad package, what format and size
should my product images/logos/company image be?
All product images and logos should be 72 dpi Resolution. JPGs recommended.
Large Logo image - should not exceed 200 pixels wide by 115 pixels deep.
Small Logo image - should not exceed 88 pixels wide by 90 pixels deep.
Company Description product image (on home page) should not exceed 250 pixels
wide by 250 pixels deep.
Slide Show product images can vary in size; however, each photo should not
exceed 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels deep.
Product images to appear within the Product tab can be supplied as
large or small as you like; however cannot exceed 350 pixels wide by 450 pixels
deep.
Note: Be sure to crop your photos before uploading. For example, if your product
is shot on a white background, the white background will be counted within your
overall photo size; therefore it is important to crop your photo the way you would
like it to appear before uploading it.

What is the deadline for the print directory? October
10, 2008 You must have all of your information updated before October 10th to have
an accurate listing in the JCK Jewelers Directory published in JCK’s December issue.

Is there a limit on words for the company description?
Yes, 125 Words. We suggest keeping your company description brief so that buyers will read it.

When will the printed version of the JCK Directory be published?
The print version of the JCK Directory will be bound within the pages of
JCK’s December issue which reaches retailers mid-December.

Is there a criteria to have a new listing accepted in the
Directory? Listings are restricted to Manufacturers, Wholesalers/Importers,
Distributors, Trade Fairs, Associations & Organizations, and Agencies/Photographers
to the Trade.
